A Weekend in Guernville
Tucked along the Russian River in Sonoma County, Guerneville is one of those places that immediately makes you slow down. The town is small but lively, with winding forest roads, cozy restaurants, and an easygoing atmosphere that feels worlds away from the city.
Dawn Ranch sits right in the middle of it all — a beautiful property where we’ll spend the entire weekend together.

Join us for a farm-to-table BBQ dinner, flowing drinks, and live music as we kick off the
wedding weekend together.
Attire: Outdoor Evening Casual
Think relaxed but polished — sport coats, flowy dresses or matching sets — with shoes
suitable for grass and a light layer for when the sun goes down.

Please arrive by 3:30PM as the Ceremony will begin at 4PM sharp
A ceremony in the redwoods followed by cocktails, dinner, and dancing under the trees —
with an after party to follow into the night.
Attire: Summer Formal
The celebration will take place outdoors. Think suits and dresses (color encouraged), with
shoes suitable for grass and a light layer for the evening.
Pool Party & River Float
Saturday, September 12
Dawn Ranch | 11AM - 3PM
Join us for a relaxed day at Dawn Ranch — floating the Russian River, lounging poolside,
and enjoying lunch, cocktails, music, and good company.
Guests are also welcome to explore nearby wineries, the Sonoma Coast, or Healdsburg —
enjoy the day your way!
Attire: Pool / Casual
Swimwear, cover-ups, and anything comfortable for a day in the sun.

ARE CHILDREN INVITED?
While we love your little ones, Thursday and Friday events will be adults-only.
Saturday’s pool day will be family-friendly.
WHICH AIRPORT SHOULD I FLY INTO?
The closest airport is Sonoma County Airport (STS), about 20 minutes away. San Francisco (SFO)
and Oakland (OAK) are also great options, about 1.5–2 hours away.

HOW DO I GET TO DAWN RANCH?
Most guests will either rent a car or take a rideshare directly from the airport.

HOW SHOULD I PLAN TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM WEDDING EVENTS?
If you’re staying at Dawn Ranch, no additional transportation will be needed, as all events will
take place on-site.
If you’re staying off-site, we recommend arranging transportation to and from the property in
advance, as rideshare availability in Guerneville can be limited, especially later in the evening.
WHAT IS DAWN RANCH LIKE?
Dawn Ranch is a boutique property set along the Russian River, surrounded by redwoods,
gardens, and open space. Accommodations range from cabins and cottages to glamping-style
tents, all designed to feel relaxed and connected to nature.
The property is spread out rather than a traditional hotel, with rooms and shared spaces
connected by outdoor paths. Amenities include a pool, spa, restaurant, and river access.
Rooms are intentionally unplugged (no TVs), with WiFi available throughout the property.
Downtown Guerneville is just a short walk away.
WHAT IS GUERNEVILLE LIKE?
Guerneville is a charming riverside town nestled among the redwoods, known for its relaxed
Northern California vibe, scenic beauty, and welcoming feel.
It’s also a great home base for exploring the area — Healdsburg is about 25 minutes away, and
the Sonoma Coast is roughly 30 minutes away.
WHAT WILL THE WEATHER BE LIKE?
September in Guerneville is typically warm during the day (high 70s to mid-80s) and cooler in the
evenings (low to mid-50s), so we recommend bringing light layers.
WHAT SHOULD I PACK?
We recommend packing light layers for the evenings, comfortable shoes for walking on natural
terrain, and anything you’ll want for a weekend outdoors. For those joining us for Saturday’s pool
and river day, don’t forget swimwear, a cover-up, and anything you’ll want for time in the sun.
Please note, Rooms at Dawn Ranch are intentionally unplugged (no TVs), so feel free to bring a
book, iPad, computer, speaker, or anything you’d enjoy for downtime — WiFi is available
throughout the property.
